What the Site does

We provide your information as entered by you into the Site to FSA regulated brokers in real time. They contact you to prepare insurance quotations based on the information you have provided either through the Site or independently. We do not provide insurance, binding quotations or any other financial advice or service.

About the brokers who may contact you

We only allow access to your data by FSA regulated brokers. We do not endorse the accuracy of any information that they provide to you or vouch for its competitiveness, relevance or correctness in any way. Whilst We require all brokers using the Site to have valid FSA registrations We are not agents for them, nor do We vouch for or guarantee their level of skill, ability, qualifications or any other information that may affect the ability to provide you with insurance.

Indemnity

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Us (in respect of which liability shall be unlimited) and except in the case of fraudulent misrepresentation, We shall not be liable to you, by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under the express terms of this Agreement for any loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, economic loss, lost savings, the costs or expense of obtaining alternative goods or services or any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of contracts, goodwill, profit or otherwise) costs or expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of Us, its employees, agents or otherwise and whether reasonably foreseeable or not and whether We had been advised of the possibility of the you incurring or suffering the same) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Site, any other goods or services or otherwise in connection with the performance or non performance of this Agreement.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
